At Gloss N Go Mobile Detailing, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our work and strive to ensure every customer is happy with their service.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Service Not Provided: If we are unable to complete your scheduled service due to our fault or unforeseen circumstances.

Service Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work and notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may first offer a complimentary re-service before processing a refund.

Overpayment or Duplicate Charges: Any confirmed overpayments or duplicate transactions will be refunded in full.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after service has been started or completed.

Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g., permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or unrealistic expectations).

Missed appointments or cancellations without the required notice (see Cancellation Policy).
Refund Process

Include your name, service date, payment method, and reason for the request.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
