We offer mobile auto detailing and related services as described on our website and marketing materials. Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.

 

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or text.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to perform the service due to customer-related issues (e.g., no access to vehicle), a call-out fee may apply.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.
     

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and keys are available at the time of service.

  • We are not responsible for the removal of personal belongings prior to service; items left inside may be moved for cleaning purposes but are the responsibility of the owner.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk to our staff.
     

5. Service Limitations & Results

  • We will perform services to the best of our ability, but results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of vehicle surfaces.

  • Certain stains, odors, or damages may not be fully removable.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or defects that may become more apparent after cleaning.
     

6. Weather Policy

  • As a mobile service, we may need to reschedule due to extreme weather conditions that prevent safe or quality service delivery.

  • Customers will be notified as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
     

7. Liability

  • We take great care when working on your vehicle, but we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

  • We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues arising before, during, or after our service that are unrelated to our work.
     

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its functionality, or use its content without permission.
